*Registrations approved after January 27th WILL NOT BE CIRCULATED TO DESIGNERS who have not opted for the new GPS System. Please note that only approved applicants will be charged and that there are NO refunds for approved registrants. Approved registrants will receive copies of the official Designer Contact List and will be able to apply directly to designers for show invitations. It’s important to note that all materials must be reviewed and approved by these dates for the corresponding inclusions.
NEW REQUIREMENTS:
As of the September 2010 event, EVERY CREDENTIAL REQUIRES A PHOTO. This should be submitted prior to the event to insure a timely check-in. The photo should be a headshot/photo in JPEG format, no larger than 500 KB. This should be your personal headshot and will be posted on your individual press credential for identification purposes.
If you are not directly employed by a major media outlet, are a freelancer or this is your first time registering the below is also required with your application. IMG Fashion will not accept applications without these materials.
A LETTER OF VERIFICATION, on company letterhead, from the affiliation you are representing. Please note that submitting false documents will forfeit your application for this and any upcoming events sponsored by IMG Fashion.
2 EXAMPLES OF YOUR PREVIOUS FASHION RELATED COVERAGE. Please be sure to include as much information as you possible about your affiliation within your application including internet and website links via your online Press & Accreditation Account.
We highly recommend that you upload these items into your Press & Industry Account. If you do not have these materials on the web you will need to send two copies of the publication, DVDs, company profile, press kit, ect. via postal mail to the address below:
